Private Medical Treatment Visit Visa

If you are considering a visit to the United Kingdom, you are generally allowed a stay of up to 6 months for specific purposes, including seeking private medical treatment at a medical facility, availing treatment at an NHS hospital (where your government covers the cost under a reciprocal healthcare arrangement), or even donating an organ to a close family member or friend, which encompasses the assessment process for donor compatibility.

Before planning your trip, it's crucial to ensure that you fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for a Standard Visitor visa, as well as any additional requirements that may be applicable. Gathering the necessary documentation to substantiate your eligibility is a vital step in the process.
