Our Fees

All costs exclude disbursements. In normal circumstances, disbursements usually cover the costs of photocopying of documentation, postal costs of applications and travel costs.

These costs are normally under £100. We will also inform you should there be any additional costs.

What you should know

Our Immigration department offers competitive rates for advice and representation:​​​​​​

• £200 +VAT for preparation of sponsorship declaration in support of a UK visa application.
• £600 +VAT for an EEA Family permit.
• £900 +VAT for a spouse visa application (including Property Inspection Report)
• £800 +VAT for preparation and completion of standard applications for leave to enter or further remain to leave in the UK
• £900 +VAT for Indefinite Leave to Remain
• £500 +VAT for a Visit Visa.
• £900 +VAT for a Naturalisation application.
• £250 +VAT for a replacement BRP / Travel Card
• £700 – £1500 +VAT for any standard immigration appeal application (Prices may vary on a case-per-case basis as well as a half-day / full-day hearing)
• £1000 +VAT for written representations against deportation.
• £1000 +VAT for asylum cases.
• £180 +VAT for a Property Inspection Report in support of immigration applications.
• £700 +VAT for immigration bail application preparation (excl hearing).
• £200 +VAT to review papers and and an additional fee of £150 to give advice on previous applications.
• £1500 +VAT to complete Sponsor Business License application.
• £750 +VAT for skilled worker visa application.
