Aman is a Higher Courts Advocate and a Senior Crown Court specialist with extensive experience in handling high-profile terrorism cases, sexual offences, international drug conspiracies and fraud/money laundering cases. Aman now heads the Crown Court department and personally oversees all matters going through the department with the assistance of his team. He is highly respected in the northern circuit as an advocate with an enviable trial success record. Given the high volume of work passing through the Crown Court department, this has enabled Aman to hand-select and formulate a team of Barristers and KC’s eager to work with him. 

In recent years, his personal practice has increasingly featured those charged with serious sexual offences, e.g Possession of Indecent Images, Rape, Sexual communication with minors and ‘paper heavy’ fraud allegations. Aman has successfully represented many in multi-handed conspiracy cases and prides himself on his detailed preparation often representing defendants throughout England and Wales.

He prides himself in ensuring that all his clients understand the trial process and how best to present their evidence during a trial. Its not surprising to find Aman block booking a two-week slot in his diary to work one to one with defendants, weeks prior to their trial where he administers all his legal knowledge to help prepare his clients.
