Zeba Farooq
Trainee Solicitor

Zeba Farooq is a Trainee Solicitor in the Criminal Law Department at Tyler Hoffman Solicitors. She works closely with the firm’s solicitors and advocates, supporting the preparation and progression of a wide range of criminal cases.

As part of her role, Zeba assists with the detailed preparation of matters from the
early stages of instruction through to court proceedings. Her work includes reviewing
case papers, analysing prosecution evidence, organising documentation and case
materials, conducting legal research, and assisting with the preparation of files for
hearings and trials.

Zeba is regularly involved in drafting legal documents, assisting with case
management tasks, and ensuring that matters progress efficiently while meeting all
relevant procedural requirements. She plays an important role in helping to ensure
that cases are prepared thoroughly and that all relevant material is properly
organised in advance of court proceedings.

She also works closely with colleagues across the department, contributing to the
coordination of case preparation and assisting in maintaining effective
communication with clients, counsel, experts, and external agencies where required.
Through this work, Zeba supports the smooth and efficient management of matters
within the department.

Zeba holds a First-Class Honours degree in Law and is currently undertaking further
professional training as part of her pathway to qualification as a Solicitor. Her
academic achievement reflects a strong commitment to legal study and provides a
solid foundation for her developing career in practice.

Known for her strong work ethic, professionalism, and organised approach, Zeba
approaches her role with diligence and attention to detail. She is committed to
continuing to develop her knowledge and practical experience while contributing to
